Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes — create and download as many PDF invoices as you like, with no sign-up and no watermark. The tool is funded by ads and optional affiliate links, not by charging you.
Where are my invoices stored?
Nowhere by default. Everything runs in your browser; the PDF is generated locally. "Save draft" stores the current invoice only in your own browser (localStorage) so you can come back to it — it is never uploaded.
Can I add my logo and tax?
You can set a tax percentage that is applied to the subtotal, add your business details, and customise notes. The PDF uses a clean, professional layout with your accent colour.
How do I send the invoice?
Download the PDF and attach it to an email, or share the file directly. For recurring billing and online payment, an accounting tool like Wave or QuickBooks handles reminders and card payments.
