Lookup & verification tools
Query public registries and run network checks — domain, network, business identifier, vehicle, device. Each tool hits the canonical source (WHOIS, DNS, vPIC, NPPES, FCC, IEEE OUI…), in real time.
Look up domain registration records.
Query A, AAAA, MX, TXT and more.
Inspect a site’s TLS certificate.
Inspect a URL’s response headers.
Geolocate an IP and find its network.
Find the PTR hostname of an IP.
Look up US healthcare providers.
Decode an FCC ID and find records.
Validate and decode a US EIN.
Check syntax, MX and disposable domains.
Find the vendor behind a MAC address.
Validate an IBAN and decode it.
Validate and decode a SWIFT/BIC.
Look up an autonomous system number.
Decode a vehicle VIN (NHTSA data).
Network vs. dataset lookups
For domains and infrastructure: WHOIS, DNS, SSL, HTTP headers, IP geolocation, reverse DNS and ASN all hit live data. For verification of an identifier you already have: VIN (NHTSA), NPI (CMS), EIN (IRS prefix), FCC ID, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, MAC vendor and email. These are starting points, not final authorities — always cross-check with the source before relying on the result for material decisions.
Frequently asked questions
- Yes. Every lookup is free, needs no sign-up, and queries the canonical public registry behind the data — WHOIS, DNS, NHTSA vPIC, CMS NPPES, FCC, IEEE OUI and others.
- Each tool says so on the page. Network lookups (WHOIS, DNS, SSL, HTTP, IP) hit the live protocol/server through our same-origin proxy. Dataset lookups (NPI, VIN, FCC, MAC vendor, ASN) hit the official public registry.
- No. Searches are proxied through our server but not stored — see the per-tool privacy lines for confirmation.
